What if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?


No problem. The delivery person may call you or try again later. If needed, you can contact us to help reschedule your delivery.


Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Returns and Refunds

What is VeluxCart’s return policy?


We offer a simple 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.



How do I start a return?


You can start your return directly through the Return & Refund option available on the VeluxCart website. If you're unable to complete the process there or need further help, simply email us at veluxcart.helpdesk@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions along with a shipping label. Please note, items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.




When will I receive my refund?


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.


How will I receive my refund if I paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)?

For COD orders, refunds are not done in cash. Once your return is approved, we’ll ask you to share your bank/card details securely. Your refund will be processed directly to your provided account within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
